TRANSFERENCE & COUNTERTRANSFERENCE I

This course focuses on classical and current psychoanalytic concepts of transference. Topics include induced counter- transference, hate in the countertransference, working with positive and negative transference, self-object transference, and regression. The course addresses the problems and creative uses of countertransference, integrating theory with clinical practice.
