HUMAN DEVELOPMENT I

This course will explore the early years of life through a multimodal lens of psychoanalytic, developmental, and attachment theories. We will focus on non-verbal and pre-verbal development and how they relate to the expressive aspect in psychoanalysis. Direct observation will provide illustration of the ideas in discussion and illuminate their role in psychoanalytic treatment.
