ELECTIVE: EXPRESSIVE THERAPY WITH CHILDREN – *WEDNESDAY MORNINGS*

Using case material, readings and media, this course will explore ways to engage and work with children throughout the therapeutic process. Themes of trauma, resiliency, development and others will be woven into the articles and discussions. We will gaze across the child psychoanalytic time line, beginning with Hug-Hellmuth (often credited as the first child psychoanalyst) and conclude with current readings in the creative arts and psychoanalysis.
